IBM Maximo is the classic version of IBM's CMMS/EAM, deployed on-premise or in the cloud. Maximo Application Suite (MAS) is the modern, SaaS-native version integrating Maximo Manage (formerly Maximo), Monitor, Health, Visual Inspection and Assist in a single platform based on Red Hat OpenShift. MAS offers deeper AI, IoT and data integration. Migration from Maximo to MAS is a structural project that Sinorfi manages end to end.

Duration depends on complexity: a standard implementation (Work Management + Inventory module) takes 3 to 6 months. A full overhaul with data migration, ERP/SCADA integrations and version upgrade can take 9 to 18 months. Our projects are milestone-based to deliver value early and limit risks.

MX-Edge is our no-code field mobility add-on for IBM Maximo. Unlike Maximo Anywhere or Maximo Mobile, MX-Edge requires no development skills to create mobile forms and workflows. It works offline-first (automatic sync when back online), supports GIS, barcodes, signature and photos. Integration takes days, versus several weeks for native IBM solutions.

Yes. Our EAM & CMMS audit is the first step of any project. In 3 to 5 days, our consultants analyze your Maximo configuration, data quality, maintenance processes and integrations. You receive a detailed report with a prioritized roadmap. This audit can be conducted independently of an integration project.
